During this phase, we assume the leadership role on the project team and are responsible for synchronizing all of the activity on your construction site as well as behind-the-scenes.

Maintenance of complete project documentation, including thorough scheduling documents, sampling and selection approvals, use and care instructions for project turnover as the project approaches completion etc. This includes access to the interactive Cliff and Evans Client Portal, which serves as a centralized location for all project-related information and documentation.
Time Management Oversight
Establishing and maintaining a detailed construction schedule, including scheduling construction meetings in accordance with clear project goals and timelines and at critical project milestones.
Quality Control Check-Ins
Monitoring the quality of both the work product and materials to ensure compliance with detailed plans and specifications.
Budget Monitoring
Information is updated on a daily basis.
Unforeseen Issue Management
In the event that any unforeseen circumstances arise, urgent solution-oriented action plans are devised and implemented.
