Project Manager
Cliff and Evans Ltd. is looking for a Project Manager to join our team building and renovating across south-central Ontario. Our new team member will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from start-up to closeout. Working alongside other Project Managers and Sr. Management, the successful candidate is effective at planning, executing, controlling, monitoring, closing, and reporting on several projects. The successful hire will work alongside our team of Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, Construction Estimators, and third-party industry partners including to deliver exceptional completed projects to our clients.
Project Coordinator
A Cliff and Evans Project Coordinator is needed to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with knowledge and experience in the construction industry. This individual will be extremely organized, possess outstanding communication skills, and can work well under pressure. A Cliff and Evans Site Supervisor will provide overall leadership for on-site field supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of on site employees, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel. The Site Supervisor is responsible for directing and executing work according to the project plan, executing work on time, maintaining a safe work place, and promoting and enhancing the company image. Site Supervisors will be ‘hands on’ when required.
