Dave has grown up around the construction industry. After attending Wilfred Laurier University and obtaining a degree in Economics, Dave completed a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Humber College. Through his education, he gained practical expertise in scope and quality control, as well as cost and risk management. During his career, Dave has managed both residential and commercial jobs in diverse environments throughout urban and rural settings across southern Ontario. Dave strives to connect with each client to tailor his approach to their vision. His proactive style of leadership that focuses on open and honest communication, and dedication to perfection, sets him apart from others in the industry.
Jonathan carries a degree in Geography and Environmental science from McGill University and has a post-graduate certificate from the Ontario Building Officials Association. His years of hands-on construction experience have helped him develop his affinity towards design, build and construction techniques. Jonathan manages the estimation and construction phases of all Cliff and Evans projects. With his on-site experience, direct communication with suppliers and subcontractors, and management of the Cliff and Evans project crews he is able to control all aspects of the construction process with precision.
Nicole joined the Cliff and Evans team in early 2016. Nicole manages the daily activities in the office, handles all accounts receivable and payable inquiries and assists in coordinating our on site work.
Ryan has worked in the construction industry for over fourteen years. He studied carpentry at George Brown College and has practical experience working in both the residential and commercial sectors. As one of our lead carpenters, Ryan is entrusted with on-site supervision of trades and subcontractors on a variety of Cliff and Evans projects.
